    Homeplan design starts with an initial meeting with company owner, Patrick Bohyer at a model home so client can visualize a floorplan hands on.   Here we can evaluate a homes "flow".   We can also evaluate adequate room sizes which will be tailored to a family lifestyle.  For example:  If a client's dream is to have a gourmet kitchen with a cookstation island we know we need at least 15' in width.  So, at that point, a 3 - D kitchen design is created, then the rest of the plan is designed around that.

From that point;  we to fit the plan to it's surroundings.   If building site has walkout basement possiblities; that ofcourse is to be taken full advantage of.  If the home is west facing, we are going to bring the advantage of morning sun in breakfast bay full of windows to our clients attention.  We then proceed to submit to our client preliminary drawings and detailed estimates until both parties are completely comfortable with proceeding with construction.  Starting to get the picture?  With the Bohyer Company, Inc.  homeplan design is handled at the highest level.
